Welcome to our clinic
To help get you started as a new client in our clinic, let us take you through a quick introduction of our website. We hope you find this website useful and come back to it often for trusted resources and information. The shortcut buttons will take you to directions to get to the clinic, team profiles, services, and resources for patients.
We update it regularly through our doctors' blog page and are creating patient resources that you can access.
Please take a moment to fill out the patient registration form. You can use this form also to update your details if there has been a change in phone number, address, or GP. We ask that you have this completed before you attend your first appointment to efficiently process your details into our system.
Please also note that in order for you to be able to access medicare rebates, we require a valid GP referral.
We believe in transparency when it comes to fees. For a list of fees and medicare rebates please click on this link. Payment is required on the day of consultation. We accept credit cards, cheques, and cash.
On your first appointment, please bring your medicare card, your GP referral, and an updated list of medications. If you are coming for a diabetes consultation, please also bring a record of your blood glucose readings or your glucose meter.
We will send you out a reminder by SMS (text message) a few days before your scheduled appointment. If you do not have a device that can receive text messages, then we will call you. If for any reason you cannot attend, please notify us as soon as possible to allow us to reschedule and fill the vacancy with other patients that may be waiting for an earlier appointment. We reserve the right to charge a non-attendance fee if a cancellation has not been made in a reasonable amount of time.
