That was the question I kept asking myself each morning as I looked in the mirror. I had gradually accepted the idea that as we age, we lose muscle mass, we gain a belly, and we slow down. Attempts to get back to the gym or try the new diet were short-lived and often resulted in injury and frustrated. It reinforced my realisation that I was just getting older and needed to lower my expectation.
