Service Description
Complimentary bulk billed annual foot assessment for all referred diabetes patients to the service. Includes formal ultrasound doppler vascular assessments, neuropathy screening, footwear and gait assessments, and orthotic recommendation (if required). Please note this does not affect existing Team Care Arrangements. A valid GP referral to you specialist is necessary for Medicare Billing Purposes.
